About This Course

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course gives students a structured approach to projects starting with a problem statement and a series of stage reviews as the project progresses. This follows the DMAIC project roadmap, Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control.

The course will focus on practical learning by doing in small groups. It will develop your knowledge of the teamworking tools and your ability to lead the team in achieving a goal.

It teaches analytical and presentation techniques using statistics software. Our aim is to demystify and simplify statistics so that you gain the maximum benefit from the simplest analysis.

As a Green Belt you might be expected to lead smaller project teams within your own discipline or skill area and within your existing function or department. You would also be an asset and gain further experience by participating in larger Black Belt projects.
