What is Yellow Belt? (click to expand)

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt will give you a quick, easy to digest, overview of Lean Six Sigma, what it’s about, what tools and strategies it uses and how it can help to improve your business.

Yellow Belt is the first step in Lean Six Sigma training, taking around half a day to a day. It opens up access to move advanced stages, such as Green Belt and Black Belt.

It's often delivered in workplaces planning to roll out a Lean Six Sigma program, so the wider workforce can participate in projects.

How Long Does It Take?

The video lectures in this course will take you around 2-hours to complete.

There are also 10 optional exercises included, which may take your around 8-hours to complete, but are not mandatory.

Is there an Exam?

There is no exam.

Yellow Belt is only an immersive short course designed to expose trainees to the principles or Lean Six Sigma and be able to participate in projects.

You won't be expected to lead projects or be able to train others.

Simply submit the optional assignments, or call us to discuss the course and we'll gladly issue your certificate of attendance.
