There is no exam. Yellow Belt has historically been an immersive one day course delivered in house by organisations planning to roll out a Lean Six Sigma programme.
Their intention being to bring the whole company up to speed with the strategies and tools of Lean Six Sigma, with a separately trained group of Green Belts and Black Belts to lead projects.
Free Certification
Certification for Yellow Belt has always been based on attendance and participation. It is not an academic subject or an exam qualification.
